SHIPPING COSTS

I BELIEVE IN FAIR SHIPPING PRICES - You will only ever be charged what it costs me to package and post your purchases. 

 

In an attempt to keep shipping costs as low as possible you will have the choice of four postal services at checkout. This will totally depend on the weight of your parcel so you wont pay a vast amount if you only want a couple of things.

You will also receive free shipping if you spend over £20.00 in value (UK only and excluding the shipping costs obviously) and this will be a flat service of RM 48 hour tracked.

Unfortunately I cannot offer a set rate for international postage as the cost is high and depends on the weight of your items. If you wish to purchase from an international country please contact me and I will happily quote for the items you wish to purchase and create a custom postage surcharge to add to your order. Please be aware that I am not prepared to send items un-tracked in this instance unless the customer agrees in writing that they do so at their own risk and will not expect a refund or replacement if the items get lost in the post.

CURRENT DELIVERY INFORMATION - PLEASE READ

If you purchase from me I will do my best to dispatch your items within 1-2 working days although sometimes it may be more during busy periods as it it just me, myself and I on the service team!

HOWEVER:

 

Delivery service times can be uncertain due to the ever increasing high demand on the Royal Mail which is obviously gets worse in the run up to Christmas. Whilst every effort is made to dispatch your items within 1-2 business days please remember I am only human and (very) occasionally I am unable to get to the post office due to ill health, family commitments or the odd holiday.

PLEASE BE PATIENT:

 

I really do understand the excitement of waiting for the post to arrive with your crafty goodies and although I usually send everything the day after the order is received I cannot wave a magic wand and make your items appear any faster than the postal service allows.

You will be provided with a tracking number at checkout where you can check the progress of your parcel. Most items arrive within 48 hours of them receiving it at the post office but can often take up to a week for delivery.

 

Missing parcels will only be refunded or where possible replaced if the items have not arrived within 10 working days of the item being scanned at the post office. This can often be 1-2 days after your order confirmation. 

 Returns Policy​

​Returns & Damage or faulty items. â€‹

  • Returns can be made within 10 days of receiving your items.

  • The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs

  • Refunds will be made within 3 days of receiving the items back providing they are returned without damage and in their original packaging.

  • Refunds will not be given on any item that has been opened, tampered with or used in any way. 

  • In the event that the items are damaged in transit or faulty I will require photographic proof before refund or replacement is made. 

  • You must make a damages claim within 10 days of your item arriving for me to issue you an appropriate refund or replacement.
